After the wedding service, the Reception is the climax of meticulous planning and of great expense. The wedding day has been the focus of eager anticipation for you and your family for months and you want it to go well.

Are you willing to leave the smooth running of your reception, the climax of all your expense and effort, to chance? Don't do it. Relax, enjoy the day and leave the worries of the occasion to a professional.

Long before the wedding, David will be talking to you about how you want your day to run. On the day he will be at the reception venue at least one hour before the wedding party arrive. He will be in liaison with the catering manager to ensure that he and they work in harmony so that your reception runs smoothly.

He will greet the Bride and Bridegroom on their arrival and direct guests to the appropriate area and to all the facilities that the venue has to offer.

He will be on hand to assist the photographer and at the appropriate time he will assemble the bridal party to receive their guests, whose names he will announce. When all guests are seated he will announce the entrance of the Bride and Bridegroom and escort them to their places. If required he will announce grace and later in the meal he will, if required, announce the Loyal toast.

After the meal he will announce and assist in the cutting of the wedding cake. He will then announce the principals for their individual speeches and has become an expert in calming nerves and encouraging on what, for some, can be a very traumatic time.
